SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Personalised Coil mats are sent via Australia Post (Parcel Post) and you will receive a tracking number.

You also have the option of sending Express Post via Australia Post.

Local pickup is available and is an option at checkout. Pickup is from Concord, Sydney, NSW, Australia.

Once payment has been received and cleared, all orders that are ready made will be dispatched within a maximum of 2 business days. Any made to order items or custom made items will be sent as per the shipping terms outlined on the product.

Shipping times within Australia are estimated at between 4 to 7 business days depending on your location within Australia and during holiday season this can take longer.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges on purchases, Vox & Dolly must be contacted within 2 business days upon receipt of goods. Exchanges can be made up to 5 business days after the original purchase date. Please include all original packaging and tags along with your item. Items that have been used, have been washed, are returned damaged or are unfit for re-sale will not be exchanged. Unless the exchange is due to a faulty/damaged item(s), Vox & Dolly will not be responsible for the to and from postage costs and these are payable by the customer. Please note that any Custom made/personalised item cannot be exchanged.

RETURNS

Should you wish to return your purchase for a refund, Vox & Dolly must be contacted within 2 business days upon receipt of goods. Refunds can be arranged up to 5 business days after the original purchase date. Please include all original packaging and tags along with your item. Items that have been used, have been washed, are returned damaged or are unfit for re-sale will not be refunded. Unless the Return is due to a faulty/damaged item(s), Vox & Dolly will not be responsible for the postage cost and this will be payable by the customer. Please note that any Custom made/personalised item cannot be returned unless faulty.
