Your order will be prepared for painting

I will be in touch via email within 24 hours with three (3) mockup designs. Once your feedback is received and the design confirmed, the doormat is prepared for painting.

If you have ordered a custom doormat, an email will be sent with a photo of your finished product. Doormats require two (2) days drying time and will be posted 2 days after they have been painted.

Each order is sent via Australia Post and a tracking number is provided.
