Vintage Upcycled Book Clock 'The Box of Delights'

At first glance, The Box of Delights already sounds like it might contain something magical.

This vintage copy has been thoughtfully transformed into a working book clock, giving the beautifully illustrated classic a new purpose while keeping all its original charm. Sitting on a shelf or desk, it still looks like a lovely old book, but now it quietly keeps time as well.

The striking red, black, and white illustrated cover gives the book wonderful character, and the original endpapers have been preserved inside, keeping the book's spirit intact. Each one is carefully upcycled in my Inner West Sydney studio.

This clock is made using a real vintage book, carefully adapted so the original character of the book remains intact while giving it a new practical use.

Because each book is vintage and upcycled, small signs of age may remain, which only adds to the charm and history.
