From the outside it still looks like an old book with a story to tell; inside the pages have been transformed into a hidden compartment for jewellery, keepsakes, letters or other little treasures.
The original green endpapers have been preserved, and inside the generous hollowed compartment is a beautiful colour illustration from the book. A lovely detail that keeps this piece connected to its original life.
